Under our warranty: If the problem is caused by accessories, we will give you free replacements by express delivery and you will be able to receive them in 1-2 weeks. If the problem is caused by the circuit, our engineers will help you solve the problem within 1~2 working days.

Not covered by our warranty policy: Damage caused by improper use, human damage or natural disasters.
